Transparent Pricing
At Paymentearth, transparency is central to everything we do. We believe you should always
understand the total cost of your international payment before you complete a transaction.
Unlike many providers, our pricing is fixed and fully disclosed, allowing you to calculate your
exchange rate and transaction costs with confidence.

How do I really know what I’m paying now?
With more than 70 years of combined international payments experience, we understand that selecting the right foreign exchange provider is an important decision. Businesses need confidence that their provider offers competitive pricing, consistent service, and complete transparency. At Paymentearth, our pricing model is designed to eliminate uncertainty by providing clear, fixed margins and full visibility into every transaction.
Paymentearth is committed to offering truly transparent pricing– not only will we provide nationally published interbank prices (market rates), we’ll also show you how to calculate your live rate with your set (fixed) margin.
International payments are our specialty.
Comparing Providers
Many financial institutions advertise attractive exchange rates but do not include hidden margins
or additional fees.
Paymentearth provides transparent pricing from the outset, so you know exactly what you’re
paying before your transaction is executed.

Settlement
Funding your transaction is straightforward.
Most clients settle transactions through ACH (Automated Clearing House), which is fast, secure,
and provided at no additional charge. Clients may also fund transactions via wire transfer if
preferred.
For ACH settlements, Paymentearth can debit your designated U.S. bank account on the trade
date, eliminating the need for additional manual steps.
ACH Fees
Paymentearth does not charge for ACH transactions.
We believe transaction fees should be transparent and reflect genuine service costs rather than
serve as hidden sources of revenue.
Wire Fees
For clients whose average payment exceeds USD $5,000, standard transaction fees are
typically waived.
For smaller payments, Local Payment delivery is available for $1.00 per transaction. While
these payments may require an additional business day for delivery, they are an economical option when immediate settlement is not required and generally avoid intermediary bank
deductions.
SWIFT Payments
For urgent or time-sensitive transactions, Paymentearth offers international payments through
the SWIFT network.
Benefits include:
- Same-day or next-day delivery where available
- SWIFT payment confirmations
- MT103 tracking documentation
- Global reach
- Fully traceable payments
SWIFT payments are available regardless of transaction size for an additional $8.00 per
payment.
What if I have to send USD? Can I send USD domestically (within the USA)?
We also offer U.S. dollar wires for value-added convenience, at a rate of $30.00 US per wire.
